EVANS MILLS- Tracey Michelle Graham, 43, North Main Street, Evans Mills, formerly of Lowville, died Thursday morning, February 7, 2013 at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

Calling hours are from 11a.m. - 1 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., 5702 Waters Road, Lowville. The funeral service will be private with Military Honors and at the convenience of the family. A gathering for family and friends will follow the calling hours, beginning at 1:00 p.m., at the Marine Corps League, Det. #754, Farney Hall, Route 12, Lowville. All food donations may be brought directly to the Marine Corps League beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Contributions may be made to Samaritan Medical Center Foundation (For Adult Day Health Care), 830 Washington Street, Watertown, NY 13601.

Surviving is her husband, soul mate and caregiver of 17 years, David; her parents, William and Julie Fuller of Lowville; her twin sister and a brother-in-law, Tina and Kenny Bieber of Albion, NY; her paternal grandparents, Richard and Cecelia Fuller of Lowville; her mother in law, Cecelia Graham of Albany, NY; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Michael and Kyong-ok Graham of Spotsylvania, VA; Timothy Graham of Watertown; Charles and Sarah Graham of Great Bend; Jay and April Graham of Selma, AL; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Thomas Juby of Castorland; Amy Makuch of Lowville; Cecelia and Richard Furgison of Copenhagen; Mary Graham-Morris of Albany, NY; aunts, uncles, a niece, and cousins.

Tracey was born on May 29, 1969 in Lowville, New York, a daughter of William and Julie Dicob Fuller. She graduated from Lowville Academy in 1987. Tracey enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving at Fort Devens, Massachusetts, from July 23, 1987 until September 18, 1989, at which time she was honorably discharged. On August 26, 1995, she married David W. Graham at Whittaker Park in Martinsburg. The couple has resided in Evans Mills for over 15 years.

Tracey enjoyed crocheting, and vegetable and flower gardening. She also enjoyed trapping and fishing with her dad. Tracey had a great sense of humor, and loved her cat, Minnie.
