The Blevins Bros. auto dealership in Ogdensburg recently donated $1,480 to the Jules of Life Foundation to support its efforts helping families of children with cancer.

The money was raised during the “Drive Out Cancer” event sponsored by Blevins Bros. and Team Blevins in Gouverneur. Throughout the month of January, every time a car was test driven at either dealership they donated $10 to the Jules of Life Foundation. This is the third year they ran this event.

The Jules of Life Foundation provides financial support to families in St. Lawrence County affected by a loved one with childhood cancer.

Funds are raised by personal donations, as well as through inspirational events like the St. Lawrence Talent Challenge, the St. Lawrence County Hero of the Year and the Section X Basketball Challenge.
