WADDINGTON — K. Daniel Haley,83, of Waddington, former Assemblyman from St. Lawrence County, died Saturday evening at the Highland Nursing Home, Massena. Funeral arrangements are with the Phillips Memorial Home, Madrid. A full obituary is forthcoming.
