David Crandall, Parish, and William and Ruth Berry, Sandy Creek, announce the engagement of their daughter and granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Crandall, Pulaski, to Scott Tousley Jr., also of Pulaski.

Miss Crandall is a 2009 graduate of Sandy Creek Central School. She works at Schoeller Technical Paper Inc. and Ponderosa Steakhouse, both in Pulaski.

Mr. Tousley, son of Rosemary Klebs, Richland, and Scott Tousley Sr., Adams, attended Pulaski Academy and Central School. He owns and operates his own construction company.

A July 27 wedding is planned.
