CANTON — Justin A. Tanner, 22, of 31097 Route 11, Philadelphia, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment Saturday by state police after an altercation at a party.

Police allege that on the night of Jan. 11, Mr. Tanner vomited on a woman while at least one other person kicked her while she was on the ground. The incident occurred at 950 County Road 60, Newton Falls.

Brian P. LaPlante, 20, of 2 Elm St., Newton Falls was previously charged with second-degree assault in the incident.

Mr. Tanner was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
