Andrew F. Malambri, 73, of NYS RT. 342, Watertown, passed February 9, 2013 at Samaritan Medical Center.

He was born on September 4, 1939 in Oswego, NY, son of the late Francis and Mary Taormina Malambri.

Mr. Malambri graduated from Oswego High School. Following school he became a truck driver and was employed by SM Flickinger in Syracuse for 35 years. The last 10 years of his career he worked for various trucking companies, retiring in 2003.

He married Veronica A. Stickney of Saranac Lake on November 17, 1983 at the Sacred Heart Church in Watertown.

He was a life time member of the Watertown Elks Lodge #496, enjoyed fishing, bowling, spending time with family, friends and his canine companion Buffy.

Among his survivors are his wife of 30 years, Veronica A. Malambri, Watertown; four step daughters and their husbands, Kelly and Dan Lockwood, Watertown, Michele and Ralph Frost, Dexter, Lisa Johnstone, Auburn, Kelly Flemming, Rome; two stepsons, Dale Johnstone, Auburn, Kevin Johnstone, NJ; a brother, Fred Malambri and his companion Sandy; two sisters and their husbands, Maryann and Jim Syrell, Oswego, Deloris and Rodger Argill, FL; several step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.

Donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
