UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Three Norwood men wee charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Tuesday following a traffic stop in the village. Village police said they stopped a vehicle being operated by JohnPaul J. Tebo, 19, of Norwood at 3:43 a.m. Tuesday on Union Street after an officer observed his vehicle pass through a steady red light at the intersection of Union Street and Elm Street while failing to turn as required. Police said they located a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle along with a controlled substance. Tebo was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed for failure to turn as required and a red light violation. The two passengers in his vehicle, Dylan S. Strader, 18, of Norwood and

Spencer R. Pierce, 20, of Norwood, were also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
