HealtheConnections, a Central New York regional health information and health planning organization, recently added Dr. Steven L. Lyndaker, Lowville, and James W. Wright, Development Authority of the North Country chief executive officer, to its board of directors.

In a released statement, board Chairman Eric Hunt said the goal of the nominating committee was to expand its geographic diversity.

Dr. Lyndaker is board-certified in internal medicine and practices at Lowville Medical Associates and Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville. He previously served on the HealtheConnections regional health information organization committee and is the medical director at the Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization.

Mr. Wright was previously a state senator, representing parts of Jefferson, St. Lawrence and Oswego counties, and has served in Jefferson and Oswego counties’ governments.
