PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Christopher A. Delosh, 28, of 140 Liberty Ave., Massena, with petit larceny Sunday afternoon stemming from an investigation into a Jan. 15 shoplifting incident at the Massena Wal-Mart. He reportedly left the store without paying for four computers with a combined value of $912. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Carrie L. Gambaccini, 33, of 13 Haskell St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 2:37 a.m. Sunday after responding to a 911 hangup call from a residence on Lincoln Place. Police said when they arrived at the residence Gambaccini, who appeared to be heavily intoxicated, screamed at the officers and disturbed neighbors. They said she was taken into custody after she refused requests to alter her behavior.

ASSAULT - MASSENA - Village police charged Melissa M. Havican, 38, of 66 Spruce St., Massena, with assault at 11:23 p.m. Saturday at her residence. She allegedly struck Matthew Shrewsberry during a domestic dispute, and he reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder in the altercation. He was transported to Massena Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injury.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Kristen P. Bevins. 20, of 33 Grantville Road, Norfolk, on a bench warrant on a petit larceny count. Police said Bevins was picked up on the warrant by Norfolk Town Police on state Route 56 in Norfolk and transported to the Massena police station by state police. She was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $250 cash.

DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Tracy L. Morin, 48, of 75 Beach St., Apt. 1, Massena, for driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for illegally passing a red light at 1:02 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes a DWI in the state.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mark Manchunis, 50, of Allenstown. N.H., for speed in zone at 11:18 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Paris A. Francis, 43, of Hogansburg for a stop sign violation at 9:09 p.m. following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue near Alvern.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jeffrey R. Phelix, 39, of Raymondville for a stop sign violation at 6 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Perkins Road near Robinson.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Venita Loran, 81, of Hogansburg for speed in zone at 4:25 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 37.
