Randy L. Boyd, 23, of 8301 Middle Lewis Ave., Apt. B, Fort Drum, was charged early Sunday with disorderly conduct in the parking lot at Crazy Legs Saloon, 536 Arsenal St.

Mr. Boyd was accused of trying to fight with staff members from the bar in the presence of other people.

He is to answer the charge in City Court.
