STALKING - MASSENA - Village police charged Joyce C. Monica, 73, of 15 Dana St., Massena, with third-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and criminal trespass late Monday afternoon. Police said the charges stemmed from a series of incidents that took place Sunday and Monday involving her former house guest, Thomas Chapman. Monica allegedly called Mr. Chapman over 100 times in the two-day period, made threats against him and entered his residence without permission. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice James M. Crandall and released under the supervision of the probation department.
