The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Stant Locklear, 54, of 219 N. James St., Carthage, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with aggravated DWI, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and driving across hazard makings at 4:41 a.m. Saturday on Route 126 in the town of Champion.
Mr. Locklear had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent, just above the state threshold of 0.18 percent for aggravated DWI. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.
■ Jonathan A. Davis, 22, Redwood, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies with aggravated DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign after he was involved in a one-vehicle property-damage accident at 8:19 a.m. Sunday at routes 410 and 26 in the town of Denmark, deputies said. Mr. Davis had a BAC of 0.24 percent, they said.
■ Mary A. Butler, 39, Utica, also was charged by Lowville police with following too closely after she was involved in a two-car property damage accident at 8 p.m. Saturday on North State Street. Ms. Butler had a BAC of 0.10 percent, police said.
■ Adam P. Gillman, 23, of 181B Monkey Hill Road, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 3 a.m. Sunday after he was stopped for speeding on Monkey Hill Road, troopers said. His BAC was not available.
