UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Dallas C. Delormier, 17, of Rooseveltown with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday following a secondary inspection conducted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown.

FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police reported Wednesday they had charged Charles S. Fuller, 27, of Moira with filing a false written statement on Jan. 22 following a complaint received the previous day from the town of Bombay.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Ellen T. Miller, 53, of Brushton with second-degree criminal mischief Tuesday stemming from a complaint received at 10:07 a.m. Feb. 10 from the town of Malone.

ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated numerous accidents Tuesday, incuding at least 16 in St. Lawrence County. Troopers responded to four accidents in the townof Stockholm, two each in the towns of Louisville Lisbon and Canton as well as accidents in the towns of Brasher, Waddington, Massena, Potsdam, Pitcairn and Fowler. Freezing rain followed by snow made may roads extremely slick around the region. Tuesday afternoon and evening. Among the accidents reported were:

■ Joseph C. Bouchey, 41, of Ogdensburg and Darlene A. Bosckor, 70, of Massena were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 7:30 a.m. on North Main Street, near Bernard Avenue, in the village of Norwood.

■ Robert F. Hoffman, 63, of Blossvale and Christina D. Gilbo, 45, of Potsdam were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 2:27 p.m. at state Routre 420 at Route 11C in the town of Stockholm.

■ Jason A. Casey, 35, of Canton at 3:55 p.m. on Route 11, near Wells Road, in the town of Stockholm.

■ Sandra M. Deshane, 44, of Winthrop at 4:48 p.m. on County Route 55, near County Route 50, in the town of Brasher.

■ Aaron J. Snyder, 23, of Winthrop at 5:30 p.m. on County Route 48, near Shop Road, in the town of Stockholm. ■ Matthew E. Grogan, 18, of Holland Patent struck two parked vehicles at 6:37 p.m. on Route 37, near County Route 43, in the town of Fort Covington.

■ Samantha Santeramo, 19, of Rocky Point at 7:28 p.m. on Route 11B, near Doug Smith Road, in the town of Dickinson.

■ Gerald F. Fountain, 75, of Moira at 8:05 p.m. on Taylor Road near Route 11B, in the town of Dickinson. Two people were injured in the crash.

■ Joseph Franze, 24, of Dickinson Center at 8:21 p.m. on South Main Street, near Cook Road, in the town of Waverly.
