Rosemary J. Guyett, 88, of Washington, D.C. passed February 12, 2013 in Arlington, Virginia where she was under the care of Hospice.

Born on April 17, 1924 in Watertown, NY, daughter of the late Walter and Georgiana Hennessy Guyett, she graduated from Watertown High School.

Ms. Guyett worked for the Federal Government in Rome, NY and was transferred to Washington, D.C. where she continued to work for the Federal Government. Following her retirement she worked for several department stores in the Washington, D.C. area.

She is survived by two sons, Roger and Joseph Guyett and a sister in law, Anna Guyette, Watertown.

Two brothers, George and Richard Guyett and a sister, Josephine Simser all died before her.

A graveside service will be held at the N. Watertown Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home.
