Joshua J. Livingston, 24, of 47 Simms Camp Road, was ticketed Monday at 6:56 p.m. for no seat restraint for a child between 4 and 6 years old, Ogdensburg police reported.

City police arrested Donald J. Brenno, 76, of 108 New York Ave., at 8:42 a.m. on Tuesday at Don’s Garage, 52 Main St., for second-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly violated a court order of protection. He was released with an appearance ticket.

City police arrested Casey L. Sharlow, 22, of 464 Belmont Courts, at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree burglary and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police said the charges were from an Oct. 24 burglary at 422 Pine St. Further information was not available. She was arraigned in city court and released to probation supervision.
