SEXUAL ABUSE - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged David N. Russell, 63, of Potsdam with first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday following an investigation into an incident reported at 10 p.m. Feb. 10 from the town of Parishville. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $10,000 cash.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Devin J. Riley, 18, of Massena with petit larceny following an incident reported at 6:03 p.m. Feb. 17 from the St. Lawrence Centre mall, Massena.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brian D. Laprade, 23, of Massena with petit larceny following an incident reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday from the St. Lawrence Centre plaza in Massena.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Eugene E. Lamb, 46, of Malone with aggravated harassment following an incident reported at 8 p.m. Wednesday from the village of Massena. Troopers said Lamb was charged at 20 Webster St., Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region Wednesday. Among those were:

■ Charles G. Horton, 43, of Norfolk and Ted G. Hudson, 37, of Norwood were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 3:45 p.m. on County Route 28, near County Route 31, in the town of Lisbon.

■ Marlinda L. Lavalley, 58, of Potsdam at 5:49 p.m. on County Route 35, near Wright Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Melanie A. James, 32, of Canton at 6:26 p.m. on state Route 68, near James Road, in the town of Canton.

■ Tyler D. Mackey, 21, of Malone at 7:25 p.m. on state Route 37, near Burns-Holden Road, in the town of Fort Covington.

■ Michael A. Cayea, 22, of Bombay at 7:30 p.m. on state Route 37 at County Route 51 in the town of Malone.

■ Christopher J. Barney, 35, of Massena and Carroll A. Bordeau, 55, of Churubusco were involved in a three-vehicle accident at 10:52 p.m. on state Route 190 at Rock Road in the town of Altona. Troopers said the third vehicle left the scene of the accident.
