MASSENA – Mrs. Helen M. Vincellette, 80, formerly of Water Street, Fort Covington, passed away Wednesday morning, February 20, 2013 at the Highland Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since 2009.Services will be held later in the spring and a complete obituary will appear at that time. Arrangements are with the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena.
