STOLEN PROPERTY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Devin B. Johnson, 28, of Heuvelton with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 1:38 a.m. Thursday at Canton Potsdam Hospital following an investigation into items that had been stolen from a purse. Johnson was released on an appearance ticket.
