A man and woman from Theresa face prosecution in LeRay Town Court on allegations that they attempted to obtain refunds on items they shoplifted at Walmart Supercenter, Route 11, according to state police.

Christopher J. Wilson, 17, and Megan A. Parody, 18, both of 106 Pleasant St., are charged with petit larceny and falsifying business records in an incident Thursday afternoon. Police said the merchandise was priced at nearly $78.
