COPENHAGEN — A town of Pamelia woman was charged with driving while intoxicated early Friday after being found asleep in her vehicle at a Cataract Street residence.

Lewis County sheriff’s deputies said Jessica R. Caplicki, 28, of 34671 Plank Road, had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, twice the state intoxication threshold of 0.08 percent.

Deputies said a resident, while attempting to leave for work at 3:32 a.m., noticed an unknown vehicle in his driveway and reported it to authorities.
