William J. Kiblin Jr., 39, of 148 N. Orchard St., was charged by Watertown police at 1:56 a.m. Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment.

Police said that about 1 a.m., he violated a “refrain from” order of protection held by Michelle R. Ricks, same address, by punching her at least three times in the face during a domestic incident. It also is alleged that he pinned her by the arms on a bed and refused to let her up.

He is due to answer the charges in City Court.
