Edward and Jackie Lyons, Norfolk, announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle N. Lyons, Norfolk, to Dale E. Planty, also of Norfolk.

Miss Lyons graduated in 2003 from Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Norwood, and in 2009 from Monroe Community College, Rochester, with a degree in dental hygiene. She is a dental hygienist for North Woods Dental, Potsdam.

Mr. Planty, son of Dale and Celeste Planty, Norwood, graduated in 2003 from Norwood-Norfolk Central School. He is a journeyman machinist at Corning Glass, Canton.

A June 22 wedding is planned.
