MORRISTOWN An apartment received moderate damage in a fire early Sunday at 3347 County Route 6.
The Morristown Fire Department was alerted at 1:58 a.m. and arrived at the scene at 2:03 a.m., saving the building and keeping damage to a minimum.
Assistance was provided by the Redwood, Lisbon and Ogdensburg fire departments.
The apartment was occupied by Robin Greenley, who was looking after the property for owner John Bussa, who is staying in Florida. The apartment is above a closed restaurant and bar.
Nobody was harmed in the fire.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
