Calcium- Glenaris F. “Peggy” Heath, 84, Sanford Rd., Calcium, passed away Sunday morning at the Samaritan Medical Center.

The memorial service will be 6 pm Wednesday, February 27th at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home with Rev. Patti Walz, pastor of the Brownville United Methodist Church, officiating. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 pm - 6 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Calcium Fire Department, PO Box 272, Calcium, NY 13616.

She was born in Wishek, North Dakota, a daughter of William and Maria Mayer Freimarck, German immigrants who had settled in North Dakota. She spent most of her adult life in her Calcium home where she enjoyed hard work, cooking and cleaning. Peggy took great pleasure in the simple things in life.

She is survived by three sons and their wives, Garry and Sue Heath, Calcium; Dwight and Cindy Gould, VA; Bob and Patty Gould, Brownville. Six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Wendell C. Heath, November 17, 1981. Her parents and 17 brothers and sisters also predeceased her.
