The Section 10 Tournament of Champions Semi-Final round of Boys Basketball was postponed on Wednesday due to school closures of Massena, Madrid-Waddington and St. Lawrence Central Schools.

Wednesday’s games will be made up on Thursday evening at SUNY Potsdam.

Section 10 Class C champion St. Lawrence Central (10-10) will face Class B champion OFA (19-1) in a 5 p.m. tip-off.

The Section 10 2012-13 All Northern and Boys Basketball Award ceremony will begin around 6:15 p.m. with the nightcap to follow at 7:15 p.m. pitting Class A champion Massena (11-8) and Class D champion Madrid-Waddington (16-6).

All four teams will represent Section 10 next week in the New York State playoffs.

On Friday, the Section 10 Overall Class Championship will be held with the girls final pitting Class B champion Salmon River (16-5) and Canton (18-2) to tip off at 5:30 p.m. At 7:15 p.m,, the winners of SLC and OFA and winner of Massena and M-W will begin at 7:15 p.m. Both teams advances with wins on Tuesday evening.
