City police said a man played loud music and did some shouting shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday in a hallway at 206 Franklin St., prompting his arrest on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tyrone D. Barge, 37, a resident of the building in Apartment 409, woke up several other residents, police said. He is due to appear in City Court.
