The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n David A. Lane, 35, of 5485 Trinity Ave., Lowville, was charged by Carthage police at 12:30 a.m. Saturday at West End Avenue and Adelaide Street with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to dim headlights. Police said he registered 0.17 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is charged with felony counts because he was convicted of DWI in February 2009 in Carthage Village Court, police said.

n Daniel P. Letiecq, 40, of 10 Blind Creek Road, Sandy Creek, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday on Clark Road in the Oswego County town of Richland. Police listed his breath test result as 0.18 percent, which is the threshold for aggravated DWI.

n Michael C. Dobbins, 24, of 26766 Loomis Road, Lorraine, also was charged by state police with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to dim headlights at 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Route 3 in the town of Hounsfield. He tested at 0.11 percent BAC, police said.

n Sean H. Stoffel, 23, of 35 Madison St., Antwerp, also was charged by state police at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday with failure to keep right and making an unsafe lane change after his vehicle struck guardrails along Route 11 in the town of LeRay. Blood was drawn for determination of his BAC, police said.

n Gerald F. Petrie, 80, of 17576 Maxon Lane, Adams, was charged at 6:41 p.m. Monday after rear-ending another vehicle at Route 177 and Interstate 81 in the town of Adams, Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said Mr. Petrie’s pickup truck hit a vehicle driven by Dianne L. Scott, 60, Adams Center. His BAC was listed as 0.13 percent. He also was charged with following too closely.

n Troy A. Piche, 41, of 148 E. Division St., Watertown, also was charged by Watertown police at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Pearl Street with driving without headlights. His test result was 0.11 percent BAC, police said. He was convicted of the lesser count of driving while ability impaired by alcohol following an arrest in 2009 in the town of Rutland, according to police.

Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:

n Adam L. Cook, 22, of 40985 Route 12, Clayton, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with unlawful possession of marijuana and a stop sign infraction at 6:30 p.m. Sunday on County Route 3 in the town of Alexandria.
