■ CROGHAN — An annual Four Chaplains Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. March 10 at the Beaver River American Legion Post. It will honor four U.S. military chaplains who drowned after giving up their life jackets to soldiers as the USAT Dorchester sank on Feb. 3, 1943.
