Blanche F. Melisko, age 88 of Main St. Brownville passed away February 24, 2013 at Country Manor Nursing Home, Carthage.

Blanche was born December 2, 1924 in Watertown the daughter of Frank and Florence Provencher Audette.

She married Donald Melisko in July of 1961 at Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville. They lived in Brownville until Donald’s death in 2009.

Blanche and Donald owned and operated Melisko’s Grocery in Dexter.

Blanche is survived by her daughter Sally, nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville Wednesday March 6th at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Michael Gaffney officiating. Burial will be in Sanford Corners Cemetery in the spring.
