Stockholm – Maurice A. Phelps, 86, passed away peacefully at his home, March 1, 2013, with his family by his side. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. There will be no calling hours; Maurice’s Funeral Service will be Monday at 11am at the Buckton UMC. Flowers are gratefully declined; donations can be made to Hospice.
