SACKETS HARBOR — Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Levan Goodman Jr., 34, of 232 Dodge Ave., at 10:39 a.m. Friday on Monroe Street, on a sealed indictment warrant from Jefferson County Court.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, where he is being held on $20,000 bail.

Mr. Goodman also is being held on a parole violation after pleading guilty in 2007 to second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Accused of having cocaine, he was sentenced to six years in state prison and five years of additional supervision upon his release.
