EVANS MILLS — Christopher G. Walts, 21, town of Philadelphia, was charged Monday by state police with fourth-degree criminal mischief, driving without a license, second-degree harassment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following a domestic dispute that night.

Mr. Walts is accused of damaging a camper by hitting it with a vehicle and of throwing several items that did not belong to him at a Kaiser Road residence.

He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $10,000 bail.
