CONSTABLEVILLE — Joshua E. Hunkins, 23, of 3707 Hunkins Road, Port Leyden, was charged Monday morning by state police with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the theft of a dirt bike last August.

State police said he took the dirt bike from a town of Lowville residence. Mr. Hunkins was released on his own recognizance.
