Mark A. Adams, 28, of 235 Central Ave., was charged by state police on Monday afternoon at his home with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

He is accused of taking a Honda dirt bike from a Brownville residence on Jan. 27. He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building in lieu of $5,000 bail.
