PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brittney Sienkwicz, 25, of Potsdam with two counts of petit larceny Tuesday afternoon stemming from an investigation into an incident that took place on Feb. 6. She was released on an appearance ticket.
UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Cody A. Pernice, 23, of Potsdam for making an unsafe lane change at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident on Market Street. Police said Pernice was involved in a property damage motor vehicle accident in the south bound lanes on Market Street when his vehicle struck another while he was attempting to change lanes.
