MASSENA - The village Board of Trustees has accepted the resignation of Massena Police Sgt. Patrick J. Serguson, effective March 28.

The board also voted to authorize Massena Police Chief Timmy J. Currier to train a new office to fill the vacany to be left by Sgt. Serguson.
