EVANS MILLS — A 16-year-old boy faces sex abuse charges in connection with an incident that occurred at a party he attended in December during which fellow teenagers were allowed to consume alcoholic beverages, according to state police.

Taylor M. Doxtater, 16, of Henry Street, was charged by state police last month with first-degree attempted sexual abuse after he allegedly had a sexual encounter with a 17-year-old girl who was unconscious, Trooper Kevin M. Rose said.

Ashlee J. Desmond, 17, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment in connection with an incident at the party, which was held Dec. 3 at 28494 Steinhelmer Road. She is accused of striking the same girl at the party,

On Feb. 6, Kelsey L. Delles, 16, of 28494 Steinhelmer Road, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in connection with the alcohol at the party.
