Ruth A. Hull, 24, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 28, and Brittany J. Castor, 18, of 638F Philadelphia Court, Philadelphia, were each charged by Jefferson County Sheriff deputies with petit larceny.

They are accused of taking $93 worth of clothing from the Watertown Walmart. They were both given appearance tickets for Watertown Town Court for March 14.
