LOWVILLE- Isaac Russel, beloved son, brother, father, and friend. Born on September 14, 1978, Nampa, Idaho. Went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2013. Survived by his mother, Ginger Russel, brother, Jeremiah, sister, Sarah, children, Tyler, John, Keelee and Julianne, fiance, Amber Bush and son Elijah; also survived by a very large extended family.
