MADRID — An Ogdensburg man is accused of destroying a piece of furniture during a domestic incident Thursday in the town of Madrid.

St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Robert A. Dawson, 49, of 1414 Ford St., with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.

According to a police report, Mr. Dawson became upset during a dispute with his wife and kicked and broke a coffee table.

Mr. Dawson was issued an appearance ticket for Madrid Town Court.
