Mr. and Mrs. Chester L. Derouin, 515 Snell St., observed their 67th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.

Mr. Derouin, son of the late Anthony and Hazel Derouin, married Ethelyn J. Spicer, daughter of the late Grant Edison and Blanche Spicer, on March 6, 1946, at the home of the Rev. Hale F. Thornberry, then pastor of First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Derouin is a homemaker and enjoys reading and puzzles. She and her husband managed the Watertown Roller Rink from 1976 to 1981.

The couple has a son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Marilyn, Denver; two daughters and sons-in-law, Juanita and Robert Wiley, Delmont, Pa., and Christine and Jeffrey Comet, Watertown; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
