MASSENA — Walter B. Hines, 66, of State Highway 37C, died Tuesday at his home.

Mr. Hines, born Nov. 19, 1946, in Shreveport, La., was the son of Coy Monroe and Bessie Palmer Hines. He attended schools in Utah and served in the military during the Vietnam War.

Among his survivors are his three children, Monica Jennings of Utah; Buddy Hines and Donna Hines, both of Idaho.

There will be no services. Arrangements are with the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, where condolences may be made online at www.donaldsonfh.com.
