The parents of Melinda S. Bush and Jeremy D. Chartrand, both of Lowville, announce the couples engagement.
Miss Bush, daughter of Michael J. and Melissa Bush, Lowville, graduated in 2007 from Beaver River Central School, Beaver Falls, and in 2009 from North Country Community College, Saranac Lake, with an associate degree in radiologic technology. She is an ultrasound technologist for Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville.
Mr. Chartrand, son of Daniel S. and Darlene Chartrand, Watertown, graduated in 2000 from Lowville Academy and Central School and in 2002 from Jefferson Community College, Watertown, with a degree in business administration. He received a bachelors degree in business management from SUNY Oswego in 2004 and a masters in business administration from the college in 2005. He earned a masters degree in vocational teacher preparation specializing in business and marketing education from SUNY Oswego in 2006. A former business teacher at Watertown High School, Mr. Chartrand is general manager at Double Play Sports Community Center, Lowville, and is pursing a masters degree in clinical counseling through the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
A July 13 wedding and reception at Turning Stone Resort and Casino, Verona, is planned.
