Angela L. Horning, Evans Mills, and Vincent J. Fye, Jamestown, announce their engagement.

Miss Horning, daughter of Stanley and Sharon Horning, Evans Mills, graduated in 2010 from SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is employed by Faith Fellowship Daycare, Watertown.

Mr. Fye, son and stepson of Stan and Kathy Collver, Jamestown, and Jim and Linda Fye, Lakewood, graduated in 2011 from Cedarville (Ohio) University, with a bachelor’s degree in public administration. He serves in the Army, stationed at Fort Drum.

A May 18 wedding is planned.
