John W. “Jack” Hadley Jr., 75, Watertown, died Saturday morning in the intensive care unit of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, where he had been a patient since Feb. 27.

Among his survivors is his wife, Judy.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
