Mr. Delosh was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, as well as operating with a suspended registration and operating with a suspended license.
A passenger, Carol A. Lamora, 42, Potsdam, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.
