MASSENA —David ”Shine” Kennedy, 70, of 585 S. Main St., died early Saturday morning at his home, where he was under the care of his son, daughter-in-law and Hospice.

Arrangements are incomplete with the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena. Services will be announced at a later time.
