The American Red Cross of Northern New York will host an educational seminar on International Humanitarian Law from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 20 at the Macsherry Parish Center at Trinity Episcopal Church, 227 Sherman St.

The program is being held because the Red Cross is required to educate the public about the guiding principles and framework of International Humanitarian Law, according to a Red Cross released statement.

People may preregister for the event by calling the NNY chapter at 782-4410.
