The St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corp. will break ice on the St. Lawrence River between Snell and Eisenhower locks beginning Monday. Ice fishermen, snowmobilers and other recreational vehicle users are advised to stay off the ice in the surrounding areas as the ice will be unstable.The Seaway will reopen for navigation March 22.
