There will be a memorial service for Nicholas S. Rich, 59 of 705 Coffeen Street, Watertown on Thursday at noon in the chapel of TLC Funeral Home. Mr. Rich died March 9th in Watertown. Further arrangements are incomplete at this time and are with TLC Funeral Home, Inc.
